Shipping policy

GREECE

The least costly and speediest service is by courier alone.

For purchases over 60 Euro shipment is free of charge.
There is no surcharge whatever method of payment is preferred: cash on delivery,PayPal or deposit. You are billed with the amount due for your order only.

For purchases less than 60 Euro:
For cash on delivery shipment costs are 4.50€. By credit card, bank transfer or Paypal payment shipment costs are 3.5€

Orders completed by 12 noon, containing books or musical instruments immediately available, delivery dates are:
- Attica and mainland destinations: 1 – 2 working days
- Islands: 2 – 4 working days
- Areas of difficult access: 2 – 4 working days.
For other books, delivery is 3 – 5 days more, while the other musical instruments may take 3 months or more.

OUTSIDE GREECE

For deliveries outside Greece the prices quoted in the website are valid, but not the interest-free instalments nor shipment free of charge. For musical instruments moreover, orders are taken only by e-mail, at sales@fagottobooks.gr.

Prior to completion and confirmation of the order the customer is informed of the costs of the purchase. Shipment costs include packaging (materials and procedure) added to the price of items sent abroad.

Orders from abroad are payable only by credit card or PayPal or bank transfer.

CYPRUS

Your order will be sent by courier and you will receive an email the day of the pickup. You are billed with shipment costs, which for most categories are standard and for some are calculated according to the value of the purchase courier’s price-list.

Delivery times vary from 6-12 business days (depending on your area of residence) after you have placed your order, for which you will receive an email confirmation.

ABROAD

Your order will be sent by courier and you will receive an email the day of the pickup. You are billed with shipment costs, which for most categories are standard and for some are calculated according to the value of the purchase courier’s price-list.
